Returns

Due to the nature of our drinks, we do not accept returns.  On a case-by-case basis, we may process a refund for purchases made through our online store for any damaged, lost, or stolen items in transit.


Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.

Shipping

All online orders will be shipped in our plastic containers to avoid breakage during shipment and will be shipped out within 72 hours. All handling is done during business days, when batched, to maintain the freshness of our product.

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please verify you have inputted the correct address prior to confirming your order.

Big Mich is not responsible for lost or stolen drinks, weather, or unrelated delays.

If your order shows it was delivered, but you did not receive it please contact us at sales@bigmich.com immediately. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with this inconvenience.
